Event Sponsorship

Overview

In addition to its mainstage production, Opera Kelowna offers a wide variety of accessible and extraordinary experiences to the Okanagan Valley community. In 2020, planned events included:

  • Season Launch Event
  • Opera in the Vines – Long Table Dinner at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery in the Chagall Room and Loggia
  • “More than the Music” discussion series touching on timely issues in opera and society
  • A publicly accessible Master Class offered by one of our Principal Artists or Instructors
  • Opera under the Stars (at UBCO)
  • Opera in the Park
  • Opera in the Vines – Pop & Opera Concert at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery
  • Opening Night Reception

Opportunity

We are interested in corporate partnership and sponsorships to help us bring these events to life this summer through:

  • Support for the cost of events, including artist fees
  • Assistance with marketing (in-kind / cash for print, advertising, etc)
  • In-kind support for event needs: truck / car rentals; food / catering & wine / bar services; housing for guests; tents, A/V, piano, and other hosting rentals; advertising
