Performers are the lifeblood of opera. Opera Kelowna balances its investments in performers between creating opportunities for local artist to develop their craft, careers, and repertoire, with bringing talents from across North America. Together, these artists create a unique Okanagan operatic experience on stage.
To succeed in creating opera for everyone – newcomers and long-time fans alike – Opera Kelowna needs to bring great artists to this valley in order to collaborate with those amazing talents that are already here. You can have a direct and immediate impact in cultivating our community by contributing to the artist costs that bring opera to life.
Cash or, in certain cases, in-kind commitments of minimum $3,000 to support the total cost to bring a specific artist to Opera Kelowna’s Season.
