NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The purposes and agenda items of the meeting are:
1. approve the minutes of the AGM held on May 13, 2025
2. receive and consider the combined report from the Board of Directors, Managing Director, and Artistic Director to the members of the Society,
3. consider and approve financial statements to the Opera Kelowna Society for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and to authorize the directors to fix remuneration for same,
4. elect the Board of Directors,
5. transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any
adjournment thereof,
6. welcome questions from members.
Election of Directors
Directors may be nominated from the floor by voting members. Directors shall be elected by a two-thirds vote resolution of the members, and shall take office commencing at the close of the meeting.
