Praised for her “sweet, liquid tones” (the Daily Courier), soprano Kelly Coubrough (she/her) has been an avid recitalist and featured soloist with many ensembles including the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, the Key Winds Trio and the Vancouver Bach Choir. She sang with the Vancouver Opera Company chorus from 2005-2012 and has performed with Opera NUOVA (Edmonton), Queen of Puddings Music Theatre (Toronto) and Tapestry New Opera Works (Toronto).
Since moving to Salmon Arm in 2019, Kelly has been singing with Opera Kelowna as part of their Sidewalk Serenades program and in a number of community recitals. Kelly is thrilled to be back on stage making her mainstage debut with them as Fiordiligi.
Ms. Coubrough maintains a private voice studio at her home in Salmon Arm, BC and also works in Tappen, BC as part of the FACES program (through the Arts Council for the South Shuswap) teaching private and group music classes.
