The Performance
Experience a mesmerizing sunset performance featuring a trio of Opera Kelowna singers and a string quartet. Musical selections will include well-known favourites from opera, musical theatre and film, as well as a few hiddem gems.
All tickets also include a welcome glass of sparkling white wine, and an extraordinary post-concert dessert experience. Cash Beverage service available prior to performance.
The Dessert
Executive Pastry Chef Bikram Sandhu will present his signature dessert bar, showcasing refined pastry creations inspired by local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and contemporary technique. Celebrating Kelowna’s rich culinary landscape, this interactive dessert experience also includes coffee or tea, and is complemented by the music of Opera Kelowna’s string quartet and an opportunity to connect with artists and other guests over a game of chance. It’s an elegant and unforgettable finale to the evening.
Add an Argentinian Grill Dinner Experience
Curated by award-winning Okanagan Chef Chris Braun, an optional pre-performance patio dinner starting at 5:30 pm offers a Mediterranean-inspired culinary journey featuring live Argentinian grill action stations, locally sourced ingredients, and bold flavours that celebrate the best of the Okanagan.

New this year and with limited availability, you can book the entire experience, including a room for two at the Manteo Resort overlooking the performance, or at the Eldorado itself, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
